We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Orders placed before 2PM can usually be shipped the same day.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that UPS and FedEx have transitioned to a dimension and weight based shipping computation method for all packages. If your package is light but very large the freight will be based on the dimensions of the product not the weight. Our online system will not always be correct on computing the freight for these items and your final cost could be adjusted.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. The return items must have all original packaging and instructions. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Past 90 days give us a call and if we can accommodate you we will.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you did not create an account or did not purchase online please call 1-800-822-2604 to receive an RMA.
Custom items such as cut cable are not returnable unless they have a manufacturer defect.

When will my order be shipped?
Our goal is to ship every order 100% filled on the same day it is placed. We are however limited by time. If we have the items you order in stock and the order is placed before 2:00PM EST it will usually be shipped the same day. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Will you ship orders to APO or FPO government addresses?
Yes, we regularly ship to APO and FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will accept payment via military credit card for these types of purchases.

How quick will I get my order?
Most of our products ship from our warehouse in Florida. We also have regional warehouses with some of our products. In most cases if you are east of the Mississippi you will receive your order in 2-3 business days and if you are west of the Mississippi in 4-6 business days.
