The Circa 3B1E is a premium 5-pin, 3-element gas tube protector module designed for heavy-duty transient and power fault protection in standard telephone line applications.
Its primary advantage is the balanced protection provided by its common chamber design. This ensures that an overvoltage on either side of the circuit triggers the gas tube simultaneously, preventing "lagging" transients that often damage sensitive equipment when using older 2-element designs.
