The HPPE-322 enables a home network set up using existing
telephone wiring.
The RJ-11 connection to a phone jack and
telephone line allows PCs to share broadband Internet access.
The RJ-45 Ethernet port, allows connection of the HPPE-322
with the Ethernet-Interfaced devices such as STB (Set Top Box),
camera, server or switch hub.
The 128 Mbps speed allows Video-
On-Demand (VOD) or Multimedia-On-Demand (MOD) services. |
You will need at minimum two units. Don't have a data cable in the
right place? If you have a phone line you now have LAN access. Just
plug your Ethernet into one HPPE-322 and your network appliance into the
other HPPE-322 connected together by the standard telephone line. |
